We welcome you all with great intention to drink upon the ancient Amazonian heart opening medicine of the Cacao bean. 

Join Star for an afternoon of nurturing creativity and expression as we delve into the roots of the cacao bean.

We shall honour, drink & meditate on this delicious medicine before moving into the exploration of our bodies through gentle and creative asanas. Ending with the Bija ( seed mantra) of ‘YAM’ to experience the vibration for the heart chakra.
