New to Yoga or Reformer?
We’d suggest heading to our timetable and booking into a Slow Flow, Restore or Yin Yoga class. Our Reformer classes are suitable for all levels.

Intro Passes

Reformer Intro 5 Class Pass $55 expires in 30 days.
Yoga Intro Pass Unlimited Yoga Classes $55 expires in 14 days.
These passes are available once only for those who are new to the studio.

Important Information

Our classes start on time. We do ask you arrive at least 15mins prior to start of class to give you time to settle.
We understand sometimes you need to cancel, but it must be at least 12hrs notice. If you don’t turn up or need cancel late for members there is no fee. For class pass or casual holder, you will forfeit that class.
We have all the equipment here for you but many BYO their equipment. We have mats, bolsters, blocks, straps and eye pillows. We also have some available for purchase.
If you are likely to borrow a bolster, we'd appreciate it if you could please bring a hand towel.
